Libre Templates - I'm fairly new to constant glucose monitoring having used the libre2 system for a few months. In my personal experience i always found the libre to be inaccurate, i know that all cgm’s aren’t 100% accurate as they read behind blood levels but out of the 2 cgm’s i’ve had. When i got up at 7am it was showing 7mmol/l. Recently diagnosed with t2 and got the freestyle libre. However i find there is a massive difference between it's reading and finger prick. So i have been using libre 2 for a while now and haven't had 1 sensor last 15 days. I hadn't seen that message before.
Changed my libre sensor a few days ago and have noticed that the alarms are not working, have tried to reset everything but still not working, any ideas? Wondering if anyone knows if there is an issue with readings if you have had a mastectomy and use the libre on. However i find there is a massive difference between it's reading and finger prick. Two successive libre sensors fail within minutes of being activated. Recently diagnosed with t2 and got the freestyle libre. I have found them very unreliable. According To My Libre 2 Sensor My Bg Level Dropped Into The Red At 1Am And Bobbled Along At Around 3Mmol/L Until 6Am.
